How do I earn coins?
Complete tasks from the Browse section. Each task has a coin reward. Once you submit proof and it's approved (or auto-approved after 48 hours), the coins are credited to your wallet.
What is the auto-approve feature?
If a task owner doesn't review your submission within 48 hours, it gets automatically approved and coins are released to your wallet. This protects workers from unresponsive task owners.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up using your code, both you and your friend receive 20 bonus coins! Find your referral code in the Referral Dashboard.
What is escrow and how does it work?
When you create a task, the total coins (coins per worker × max workers) are held in escrow. This ensures workers get paid. Coins are released to workers upon approval, or refunded to you if the task is cancelled.
My submission was rejected unfairly. What can I do?
You can submit a report through this support page selecting "Task / Submission Issue" as the category. Include the task ID and submission details. Our team will review the case and take appropriate action.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and scroll to the "Danger Zone" section. You'll find the "Delete Account" option there. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
