  • Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.)

5. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Violent or threatening content
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Content promoting illegal activities
  • Content promoting gambling or casinos
  • Content related to hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access
  • Content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
  • Misleading or deceptive content

6. Virtual Coin Economy

The Platform uses virtual coins as part of its reward system. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Coins are virtual credits with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • We reserve the right to modify the coin economy, including rewards, pricing, and balances
  • We may deduct or forfeit coins if we detect fraudulent activity or violations of these terms
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using coins to promote content

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content (including tasks, app listings, screenshots, and profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute this content on the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you post on the Platform.

8. Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of where the infringing material is located on the Platform
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any content on the Platform at our sole discretion. Users may report violations by:

We will review reported content promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or account termination.

10. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms they interact with (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store). We are not responsible for any violations of third-party terms by users.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform will be revoked
  • Your virtual coin balance will be forfeited
  • We may retain your data as required by law

12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
